Dedicated NAMI members, leaders, and friends work tirelessly across all levels to meet a shared NAMI mission of support, education, advocacy, and research for people living with mental illness through various activities, including:

NAMI 's Peer to Peer Recovery Education Course

For any person with a mental illness, this Free course contains individual relapse prevention planning, a debriefing/storytelling week, and an advance directive for psychiatric care.

NAMI Connections Support Groups

NAMI Connections Support Groups are facilitated by individuals living with mental illness, for individuals living with a mental illness.

In Our Own Voice (IOOV) is a unique, informational outreach program developed by NAMI that offers insight into the recovery now possible for people with severe mental illness.
